The City of Stories "The African rain will fall and wash away all my tears" - Johnny Clegg (the other kind of African JC)

The City of Stories

A learner at Thobeka Primary School in Soweto in Johannesburg. Education is a struggle and an expansion in South Africa, where we only have a 24.3% university entry pass rate. After spending a couple of days at this school, these children are on a road where there is no passion to be found in playing small and in settling for a life that is less than the one they are capable of living, no matter what their circumstances.© Robynne Peatfield 2012
