Collaborations on the American Prairie Reserve

I believe the greatest contribution I can make to the world of science and conservation is through photography. I am an Environmental Scientist and current masters student. In the last few years I have worked to seek out those who I believe are doing great things, and volunteered my time and skills. This has taken me to East Timor, Nepal, Namibia, South Africa, Canada, and most recently left me living in a tent for 8 weeks in North Eastern Montana. My scientific background and current studies are the tool in which I use to travel to these locations and shoot and contribute to the things I feel most strongly about. It has also lead to a thesis topic on the role of private conservation areas and the challenges they face. I hope to include a multimedia series alongside my thesis next year.
I am at the stage where I feel I am ready to take the next step. I have so much to learn, but also feel with my background so much to contribute. I am constantly attracted to extreme environments, their power and remoteness. Working with and learning from Jason would help me take that next step.
