Something old, something new

I really believe that living close to my life’s passions creates opportunities for new experiences in line with my values and for new passions to develop and grow.

One of my life’s passions is rock climbing. It has brought travel, challenge and perseverance, the value of hard work and even failure, suffering and joy. Rock climbing is the lens through which I see life.

I quit my job to reconnect with some of my core values – adventure, challenge, growth, variety and spontaneity. To climb more, pay homage to the grand landscapes and to travel. En route to my adventures, I am drawn by the ancient abandoned villages, the stories of black magic, the history of the places I am passing and I want to tell these stories with an urgency I cannot explain!

Climbing has brought me a new passion: photography, telling stories with image. I am overwhelmed with equipment reviews, the shear cost of it all. I feel stuck flatfooted by the technical intricacies and so hungry to learn it all at once! I want to be able to share my vision, the stories I see, at the level they deserve to be told. Professionally and engaging. I am seeking a mentor.
