    Rates of poverty have been decreasing over the years and one of the reasons is because of tourists - such as this one in Kathmandhu's durbar square - who have become a vital source of income to the country, bringing in a constant cashflow to otherwise impoverished Nepalese. by: ramonf Views[156] Without access to modern technology, Nepalese children still find joy in simpler pastimes such as chasing pidgeons in the local durbar square after school. by: ramonf Views[300] Having renounced material possesions, Sadhus live a life of spirituality and can often be found meditating in temples and caves around Nepal and India, on their journey to be closer to the divine. by: ramonf Views[682] Poverty in Nepal. Living in one of the world's least developed and poorest countries, Babu and other homeless children like him are destitute and do not have much of a chance of obtaining basic education.
