Panorama of Cathedral Peak

After a quick trip of Joburg visiting beautiful purple Jacaranda lined streets and visiting Apartheid Museum and Soweto and having dinner at Nelson Mandela Sq, I set off for Drakensberg on a 5 hour drive.

Arrived at Didima Camp which is beautiful - nature showing off. Beautiful hot, sunny clear days inetrspersed with some cold cloudy days but it was great. Greeted by Fi, Stu and Fi's parents (Liz & George)and brothers (Chris and Stu). (Incidentally there were 5 Stu's at the wedding!!!!) Friends and family were all starting to arrive for the wedding reception.

Went hiking on a 5 hour hike which was beautiful - sun was shining and the walk was beside a river and trout farm. We had a picnic by the river - cool.

Wedding reception was great fun and very well done. Hope to post some photos later.
