My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

From as early as I can remember I was behind a camera. Every time I would look through the view finder of my dad’s old Minolta it was an adventure into the unknown and such a thrill to see the final images.
Now days I love traveling and hiking off the beaten track often to the most remote places as it’s so exciting to capture an image that will never be the same and no one will ever see what I have in the same light or angel. Not only have I created a lasting memory but though photography I can bring these images to others. This is a window into the same adventure and thrill I loved as a kid I am now able to tell a story and inspire ones imagination, this is what I love.
Every trip out I realise how much I still have to learn and how exciting it is to put into practice what I have learnt. As someone with the passion and desire to learn and share as much as possible this trip to Oman would be a massive step in the educational process that is invaluable.
I hope that I am able to turn my passion and what I love into a career that takes me around the world. I would love to take all the little moments that will never be seen again and share them inspiring adventure and imagination.
