Living the Dream

So after packing the camper at the last possible minute. Driving all the way to Edinburgh. Ok I lied Gobey drove to Edinburgh, I woke up after we made the 3rd circle of the city looking for a parking space. I then have the best idea to head for a camp site, being we are in a camper and it’s the only place big enough for us. Never mind it’s time to show the Karpetz family Edinburgh Castle and the streets leading up to it. The kids are so excited and Leah can’t wait to get new pictures of Edinburgh Castle with her new friends. And hearing her tell Ty and Alex about the 1pm cannon really is funny. Must say another family trip to Edinburgh for us is not something I think Gobey thought he would be doing twice in a year. We are in Edinburgh Castle just in time for the 1pm cannon and after a very morning getting parked and missing breakfast we need food. So after the cannon we head to the cafe for much needed food. Again the food at Edinburgh is always good and it should keep us going for the rest of the tour round. We leave the Castle at closing time but who can blame us. For the Karpetz family is was history at its best. They truly had a fabulous time in home land. But enough with Edinburgh we have miles to get under way. Domino Pizza ordered and on the road we head. The Lake District here we come!!!!
