Today Gobey had to get up a little earlier as he is going to Grasberg to visit the clinics at mile 74 and Grasberg. So all packed with a camera, tea flask and lunch he is off. I spend my day at the gym and trying to get my kitchen sorted into some sort of organised mess. For a start I am about 2 foot short to reach the wall units and it’s not home so I can’t think what I want where!!!
Never mind Gobey is home soon. Tea is ready and I can’t wait to see the pictures Gobey has taken.
WOW the pictures are amazing. I am so jealous. The machines he stood with, the views he saw. You can all see the pictures too.
And just when Gobey can’t help but give me good news, he tells me I am entered into the Tembagapura Olympics for his work on the swimming team. 2 heats – freestyle 50m and relay 50m. Oh and the best news it still to come – it’s on my birthday.
So I best get swimming tomorrow, last time I did heats was about 10 years ago!! Never mind we are living the dream.
