I have to say this photo does vaguely reminds me of the regions standard evacuation facilities. However it does look more like a museum piece than an a fully functional? facility due to the absence of the baby sharks swimming around the splash pond, the absence of a pile of week old shit and paper that it is still waiting to be processed through this highly efficient system, and of course the lack of rodents and insects that are usually found battling over the clean up rights. A fine example of inefficiency supporting full employment that incorporates the element of environmental sustainability this piece is not. Did the shock of the cleanliness of the above example affect your ability to fully function?

P.S.- MMM...Cambodia...I can smell it. I am assuming from the absence of shit in the above photo that Cambodia must smell pretty good!
