    Chefs on their break sitting on the steps outside a restaurant. Like in any other country what the everyday people of China value and desire ultimately shapes the country around them. The governments ability to enable those people to live in a fulfilling way could determine the prosperity of the Country. by: olli_stewart Views[233] A DJ and a dancer entertaining at a nightclub in Tianjin. As China has become more liberal, signs of the influence of western culture are apparent. As a result of the cultural revolution in china a lot of ancient artefacts were lost. China has five hundred years of history and cultural wisdom to share with the world but the state of revolution the country faced has discouraged people from looking into its past. Will elements of Chinese culture and history remain hidden on dusty shelves whilst everyone is busy looking towards the future? by: olli_stewart Views[261] A raised railway towering over a lake and bridge on a smoggy day in a north Tianjin park. The traditional Chinese style arched bridge is dominated by the modern overbearing infrastructure. This picture has elements of the old and new coexisting and a feeling of movement.
