Went out last night - pretty shit, didn't want to drink too much so we were asked to leave! went back home, went to QUICK - ate far too many fattening food miam miam
this morning it took us forever to get up.
Went shopping a bit - to H&M. i had to withdraw cash from my aussie bank accounts (ah! the fees!) because i have NO money whatsoever.
Bought two scarves and also a silve clutch bag.
Discovered that the note about "traces" on a desk being left behind weren't to monitor whether people were eating in their rooms, but whether the maids had cleaned properly. well, yay for that!
Tonight going to see Elizabeth: Age d'or (Golden Age) - it's in VO (version originale) - in English with french soustitres (otherwise i don't think we'd understand!)
Then might go to a smoking pub. ana wants to try it.
Then tomorrow night we're meeting up with ana's french contact, Sally, and having dinner with her.
Then friday night we're going to see the christmas lights in place de l'italie and then go to café oz for a final hurrah before i leave saturday morning.
going to miss paris.
Kinda concerned - a transfer to the airport is going to cost me 28 euro! trying to find another way...
