Mutts On Bikes

It's just a pig. and it's not even doing anything.

the quest for the time and technology to manage this online endeavor continues. hey, you, the one who keeps badgering us about photos -- yeah, you. maybe you get the antsys out of your pantsy. uploading photos in these parts aint exactly a walk in bustamante park. but a walk in bustamante park will afford you a lovely cross section of skaters, hookers and the elusive bike punk -- a specie we continue to stalk here on the muggy streets of santiago chile.

yep, we're in a new and glorious country folks. we are lodged by our straight edge vegan pal Jero, who has been kind enough to drag us to view the best graffiti south america has yet offered, as well as pointing out, like the most patient of tour guides, the "pink" district and the only two tranny clubs in town. duly noted.

We also caught a glimpse of pablo nerudas house, and went to a frida kahlo and diego rivera exhibit. they call that culture here. i guess it was ok if youre into that kind of thing. we have also learned a new term for "mullet," - "chocobanda," the name of the ice creams sold here by guys with mullets. this term will come in most handy.

having been off our bikes for a good four days awaiting a bus to santiago and then exploring these parts, we're rearing to leave for valparaiso tomorrow (and by that i mean we are taking many a siesta and drinking many a coffee.)

to the coast!
