Last night in Venice

Bonjourno! I am writing to you right now from an internet cafe in Venice. This city is sooo beautiful and I cannot wait to return to see more of Italy, I think I may want to move here instead of Spain. I am worried things will be weird with my friends when I return home since I’ve been gone for so long. What if we no longer have anything in common? I want to go to museums, farmers markets and watch the History Channel. I can’t believe my trip is finally coming to a close, but I still have nearly 24 hrs of solo travel ahead of me...wish me luck! (imagine me flying on a plane all by myself...what a sight!) Hopefully my parents will be at the airport to retrieve me and if not, I plan to ask them to reimburse me for a taxi? My flight should arrive around 11:30 am (almost evening in Europe…) I wonder if my parents will accept a collect phone call from me at the airport? I’m looking forward to seeing my family and giving them gifts I’ve picked up during my travels, but my first priority is to clean my room (I have been dreading this moment since I arrived in Madrid...) and then maybe I can start thinking about other things. I hope to go work out on Wed. night, but we shall see because I might be exhausted and it might be too risky with all of the gym members wanting a full synopsis of my trip. Hmm…I wonder how I can get away with working out undercover...?
I’ve been stressing this entire week about the solo travel adventure that lies ahead of me in traveling from Venice to Munich. This will be my first time traveling in Europe alone and I’m sure my travel companions will have no problem saying good-bye since I have been rambling nonstop during our whole time in Venice about just how anxious I am. There is just so much that could go wrong! Maybe this was a mistake? Well it’s my last night in Venice, so I’m off to enjoy some pizza on the street. Ciao!
