I'm now in fantastic Italy (and yes I say this about almost every country I enter).
Since last I spend a few days in Novi Sad, with vegetarian bbqs, half a year late Eurovision celebration and lots og beer. Also I was the first to vote on the Danish embassy in Belgrade. The embassy people seemed a bit confused, but there were two very nice ladies who were kind enough to tell me the right bus to get out off the city again.
After a bit of trouble getting to the border from Novi Sad I got a ride first to planned Samobor, but we drove very very slow and stopped ALL the time for silly things and no reason at all so around 9 p.m. they offered me to stay with them to Italy as they were going pass anyway on the way to Marseille. The guys, all in start thirties, were unemployed (except Pablo) and drove to Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey and surroundings in their two homemade campervans twice a year to arrange free parties. I wanted to describe how crazy these guys were but they are comletely undescribable!! They yelled at every police or military thing we passed, their blue card (debit card I think) was closed for unknown reasons, picked up a very sweet straydog in Serbia, smoked like chimneys and were terrible with maps.
Tomorrow Jess and I will leave for a bonfire in Naples and later Sicly and Calabria. Next update will most likely be in two weeks when I get to Chisinau, Moldova. And I will promise you it will be more comprenhensive than the previous:)
