This is a war memorial in Plymouth on the Hoe. It is dedicated to the Plymouth Naval officers that died in WWI. 

You can see the name of my great great great uncle who died in 1914 when he was just 18. I think I've got the number of greats right....anyway - he was my grandads uncle.
