What a lazy day! Netty up at 8. Left Matt sleeping. Made a big fruit salad, (so much fruit to eat).
Lisa came over for a chat, and before you know it, it is 10 o'clock! Trini time, - no rush man!
Wondered over to the shops for some supply's (must stop comparing prices to Simon's and Downes'!) Joyce and family cooked for us yet again, chicken, rice, peas and maccoroni, enough for a couple of days, as they will not be cooking tomorrow, as it is carnival Monday.
Apparently, we start to party about 2 a.m. Monday. It is know as J'ouvert. We are advised to wear old clothes, as powder paint is thrown, (this is easier said than done, as we are travelling light anyway, both of our bags only weighed 27 kgs! impressive hey?). Going to get a few hours sleep, before the partying begins.
