Sue and David came to Prague to visit us before heading to Croatia for a sailing trip that has been many years in the planning. After 4 days in Prague to give them (including Sue's friend - Sue) a quick download of our life and times here, we all travelled through South Bohemia (Cesky Krumlov), Slovenia (Lake Bled, Bohinj, Ljubljana, Vipava, Piran) and finally reached Croatia (Istria, Zadar) where we left the gang and they continued south towards Split and Dubrovnik and their week of sailing. The 2 weeks together were full of laughs, the kindness of strangers, explorations, laughable misadventures and - to use Sue's expression - experiencing parts of the world that exceeded our expectations, and our expectations were high.
