Ok, I admit it......I absolutely LOVED the steak I had tonight! It didn´t taste like tofu, it didn´t have the texture of tofu, and it didn´t look anything LIKE tofu, but it was delicious. It actually almost reminded me of gelato......melt in your mouth deliciousity!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don´t even think they HAVE tofu in Buenos Aires.
I´m keeping myself busy with some tango lessons, walking all over this city, and trying to understand Argentinian Spanish. It has been great!
So much for brrrrrrr practice. It was 92 degrees at 8 pm last night in Buenos Aires.
I´m telling people I´m carrying my own zodiac for our Antarctic landings when they comment on my duffle bag.
