Same dish presented differently

Hello y'all, I am Carole leuwe from Cameroon. I just love all the arts that surounds me.....cooking,singing, painting,dancing,meeting new people and sharing experience. If you come to Cameroon  also known as Africa in miniature, you will get to discovery the beauty of humankind!!!! Cooking is one of my best hobbies.....Cooking is fun, it helps you truely discuss with people.....oh yeah, people are very truthful when they are eating :) . I cook for pleasure, to make others feel happy. I love to try different recipes and discover the culture of others too. I am editor in chief by the way, in a private radio station in Douala, the economical capital. My station is #NostalgieCameroun. I am single and mother of one and having 2 handsome and charming nephews and an adorable niece! :)

 In Cameroon, we have 10 regions each region different from the other. We have food all year round and we are greatful for that.Maize is the main food stuff found and eaten in all the 10 regions and cooked so so so differently!!! I promise to present to  you different recipes made out of it!!! (y) (y)
