Itaúnas is a small nature park in Brazil with fascinating landscapes and wildlife. The history of the region is characterized by interest conflicts between the local population, resource exploiting companies and the nature protection organization. In the Itaúnas nature park there are local people that live from extracting resources from the land, like this man called "Galileu". He lives in the middle of the jungle, extracting wood to burn it and make coal. On his case, the wood that he extracts its legalized. He lives in perfect harmony with the nature and the park. But there are many other people that illegally take woods or other resources from the park, causing a lot of environmental problems.
