A paper plane prepares for flight in this Lahachowk mountainside school in Nepal. Rocky stone walls and mist covered mountains provide plenty of opportunities for paper-planes to go missing mid-flight.

A group of first-graders wait for their teacher to arrive at Kent College Nepal in Lahachowk. Many children walk for an hour to get to this remote school and then sit on their classroom benches ready for the day to begin.
