I would return to the Middle East in a heartbeat. I have never met such lovely people and seen such diverse sights!
I have visited 36 countries, (including Australia!)
I travelled for 12 months in 2009-2010 around the globe.
I love being in a place overseas where absolutely everything and everyone around me is totally different to my normal life at home.
I see the world in shadows, highlights, and vivid colours as if i am looking through my lens, and think to myself “ooh I wish I could take a photo of that!”
I love texture, colour, detail. My zoom is my friend.
I am trying to start a photography business so I don’t have to work in retail anymore.
I try to take different photos than other tourists, I’ll be the one laying on the floor!
I believe in karma, and have a disgustingly positive attitude.
I love the deep sound of chanting monks in Thailand.
People, especially inquisitive children are one of my favourite things to take photos of.
I love learning new ways to take better photos.
My obsession to Facebook is a little embarrassing.
My favourite part of a night out is talking to the taxi driver about where they are from and their culture.
I got engaged scuba diving at the bottom of the ocean in Koh Tao Thailand.
I read a book “Baby in a Backpack to Bhutan” and have been fascinate about this country ever since.
I have a smile as big as Australia and make new friends easily.
When my backpack is on my back and my camera is in my hand, I am in total bliss.
I am insane about my photos when i travel and back them up on everything.
I think teaching people about other cultures is vital to stop narrow minded racist views.
When travelling I don’t want luxury, I want culture, experience and a good story to remember!
I want this amazing once in a lifetime opportunity!
