Day one of my journey! Flight was smooth and comfortable. Landed in Fiumicino and opted to stay here until I leave for Israel on Thursday. Staying at a wonderful little cottage with horses and dogs on the property. My hosts are wonderful and I met a lovely couple from Canada who were staying here before me. They gave me some tips about working when you travel.
Slept until dinner time and went for a walk to the supermarket. Dinner was eggplant and mozz on a roll. It was so good. The mozz just falls apart. Relaxed after dinner and went to bed early. Gotta save my energy!
