Beautiful trees,almost a link to creation of life on earth,ive stood at the base of general sherman tree,its so peaceful and quite,and you look up at it.
Its amazing that these tree's stood for up to 2500 years,then only 100/120yrs ago,humans took it upon themselves to harvest and destroy most of these sequoias.
Ive seen old B/W Photos of people standing round the base of these trees,just before they were destroyed
The mindset of people back then must have been,"truely unbelivable".
