Ready to go again
Welcome to my latest travel blog! I have been writing travel journals since 1991 when I travelled through Europe in Vincent the Vauxhall with my friend Mandy. I used to scribble in notebooks as I travelled by train, plane, boat or bus or waited at bus stations or airports, or sat in bars, hotel lobbies, cafes or beach hammocks. Then I went through a phase of typing up my diaries when I got home from my trip. Then along came blogging and could share my notes and photos with my friends and family. Now, I usually take my laptop with me and type as I go and upload whenever I can find a bit of free wireless. I am getting ready to go to the Philippines which (I think) is country number 49. I wonder what number 50 will be.
