Well it is only one week to go! I have finished the intensive training delivery and given them their final assessment tasks so now it is just helping them to polish their training delivery and assessment processes.
I am going to set up the other training room next week with a video camera so they can practice their delivery and then look back at how they present themselves. I am sure it will inspire them to improve their presentations - after all that is what makes a trainer a great trainer!
Had a wonderful tour this morning of the processing mill - it is a fascinating and enormous facility. I will post the photos up tomorrow.
Tonight it is disco night at the Hash Harriers Club to raise funds for the Rugby Union Club. I guess I will have to put on the dancing shoes and cut a few moves!
Bye for now,
Regards,
Gerard.
