Already 30° At 10 am. We have found a McDonald's and are camping out. We have cycled into Passau centre and are looking for metholated spirits (brennspiritus). We are planning to swim and sit by the campsite this afternoon. We have lots of shade in the afternoon and none in the morning.
I am happy to say that I slept last night, yeah! We were up with the birds, literally. At 7:30 am we had one of our neighbours boil up our eggs for us. That was Tom and Eileen. Tom is ex army and has a lot of opinions and great stories.
The dutch couple really seem to know how to travel. They get up early in the morning and head out to tour. Home at noon and sitting by the campsite reading for the rest of the day.
