Vietnam, like all of Southeast Asia, is a great place to make a top ten list of the most bizarre things you've seen on a single motorcycle -- families of seven; window pane deliveries; people sleeping; stacks of boxes warning "Handle with Care." Here, its just a simple delivery of some Jack Fruit.

There's something incredibly beautiful in getting to witness a person you've never met, in a language you don't speak, dive into their heart and talk to God.

We left Saigon to check out the Mekong Delta -- the resting place of the great river before it empties into the South China Sea. First stop, the town of Ben Tre. And since the area is famous for its fruit orchards, we had to make a stop at the late night fruit market.
