We attended the famous fund raising cello performance by Beat Richner -- a controversial Swiss physician who runs several Western quality children's hospitals in Cambodia offering free services to all comers -- much to the consternation of the World Health Organization, UNICEF and others. He spoke of the importance of forgiveness before, here, playing Kol Nidre -- the Jewish prayer for forgiveness sung every Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement).
