Losing Our Way Another world is not only possible, she is on her way. On a quiet day I can hear her breathing. --------------------------------------------------------- Arundhati Roy (Indian author, advocate, activist)

CAMBODIA: Siem Reap; Phnom Penh; Battambang; Kratie.

A huge problem in modern Cambodia is the thousands upon thousands of landmines buried during recent decades of war -- and the devastation they continue to inflict on innocent farmers, travelers and children. Amputees and sensory handicapped people are everywhere -- and are too often outcasted due to the limits of how they can contribute to society. Here, some landmine victims have put together a band that plays really beautiful folk music.
