After a vew days of semi decent weather back in Wales its off on the biggie. My hosts had arranged afriend to pick me up from the airport, so apart from having to get a new charger for my tablet and leaving my camera behind, It was a very good trip. Arrival here soon left the Spanish sun behind in Gerona and headed for the drizzly hills a few degrees colder. Still warm enough for shirt sleeves though. After a leisurly lunch Pat took me on a tour of the village -didn't take long... Alan still works as a potter but isn't running classes at present , so the accomodation is taken up by those who have come to take the cure in the local spas. Its an early night if I can block out the sounds from the church clock hourly chimes and hopefully the sun will shine soon.
