You are amazing and so are your travels. I am just beginning to read through your blog. I've only gotten to the cooking class. I am reading from the beginning-started yesterday. I am hoping when you get back that we can do a cooking class with the gourmet group on Thai- what you learned. The soups looked so yummy. I am just spellbound reading about what you are doing. I am living vicariously through your travels.
