Well here I go again!
After a short stay at home it became clear there was no work in Grimsby, so I started looking further afield and found a job on a canal boat!
I had been wondering what i would talk about when the snow had gone, now i know- water conditions and lock gates!
It is the same gig as the chalet hosting, lots of cooking and cleaning, but instead of on snow, its on water.
There are four of us looking after eight guests, John and Hanna are in charge, Lauren and myself are the crew. I always fancied the pirate life, do you think this counts?
Oh and of course the most important crew member is India- a 4month old whippet/terrior cross, who has all wrapped round her front paw!
Looking forward to this summer, it's going to be a heat wave- I decided!
