So here I am in Banos, Ecuador. Adventure city for that as there are multiple choices such us, rafting, canyoning,zip lining, mountain biking, etc...
So for my first full day I have decided to take it easy. Small walk around the city to realize this is a bigger place to what I have seen up to now. People are friendly, there are a lot of food choices and the weather is warmer. Met up with an American girl for lunch and then off to the Thermal Baths on the outskirts of Banos. The place has 7 small pools of a combination of sulfuric and fresh water. With a total of about 10 local people lets just say we definitely stood out as "Gringos". After 2h of dipping in and out of all pools, followed by a heavy rain poor on us, made sure my skin looked like a prune.
Back in town, I booked a massage, since this place is massage galore too. 65min for 20$. Not the best I have had but comfortable and relaxing enough. Let's just say my body got a relaxing pampering day, if indeed a little bit smelly from the sulfur :-).
