People in Taiwan show a natural reverence for Buddhist monks. They bow to Fa Si ("Fa Si" means "Dharma teacher") simply because they recognize that she has dedicated her life to bettering the lives of others. Just walking or sitting next to Fa Si, I felt lighter and clearer-minded of a person.
