We have now officially finished with school groups for 2009. Wow that seemed like a really short season but Im sure it was because it was something new to us. Plus we got to go to new areas of China rather than being stuck in Yangshuo (like some people here!) The weather here has turned to custard.... its WAY colder than a winter at home. Its not that cold but since there is no heating in any of the buildings its hard to warm up. The only source of heat so far has been a little coal burner that if that coal is shit it smokes and we all get headaches from the fumes. Funny really, this is China of course.

So the plan is for the next wee bit till Christmas is this

1. Go to Hong Kong on the 29th Nov to renew our visa and hopefully gain a business visa. We will have a week of hanging out and exploring which will be great. It will also be great to have nothing to do with work as it seems like that's all we do. We wake up go to base, hang out, work a little, drink coffee, eat food then go to our bar and drink beer and hang out with ALL the same people! Gets kinda tiring but guess that's where we are at at the moment.

2. The next plan is to head to Hainan Island (China's tropical Island) for however long they leave us there for. This is where they want us to run a summer camp (like camp America woohoo)and be glorified baby sitters. We have 3 weeks to sell this idea to all the expat parents as we need the kids to pay for our wages for the winter! I am guessing it will not be as popular as the boss is hoping.

3. After Hainan we are guessing that there will be scouting missions going on in new areas of China where the company wants to expand into. This could mean going to Hunnan province or even Yunnan. Time will tell. The company is also moving into Countries outside of China so we might even be on a plane to other areas.

So there is a little bit of a plan for the winter here, but we don't quiet now of it now but when we know we will let you all know!!!!
