Sarah had a hang over this morning and swears she'll never drink again after feeling a bit sorry for herself this morning. The quote of the day was when Toby gave her a tablet not to be sick in which she squirmed and said "I don't like it...I don't like it", to which Paul was saying "She is such a brat when she's drunk!" (all in thick Irish accents). Woke to a rattling train and new scenery. Coloured wooden houses and beautiful countryside. Museli for breakfast with strawberries bought from the ladies on the platform (they sell all sorts of stuff). Straight into Uno and after a few hours on the tracks we stopped and got out for a walk and a break (the train also makes many stops, some short some long, sometimes to pick up people or not). This stop I was getting icecream and almost missed the train by a couple of minutes...phew! Then all 8 of us squished into the 4 berth cabin for a sing along - Nikki on guitar, me, E and Iva on Pringle drums and paul playing the spoons - we sounded awesome! Chilled for a while after that and prepared dinner (cuppa soup). Headed to the dining carriage after that to play some more games. I met a drunk Russian (ha they all seem drunk!) helicopter pilot who taught me some of the basics, After two days on the train we are realising it's more about the experience and people than the scenery so far. 3 days and 3000km to go until our next stop.
