    My new home - an exploration of Kiama I am very fortunate to be living in one of the most amazing places in Australia. Since I have only lived here less than 2 months, I have been happily exploring my new home, camera in hand.

    The livestock in the region have some of the best views in the country. This inquisitive horse is typical of the laid-back nature of the animal residents. by: ekfaerie Views[237] Being situated only 1.5hrs drive south of Sydney, the Kiama area is popular with tourists and day-trippers, even in winter. by: ekfaerie Views[302] Regular rainfall and a temperate climate means the vegetation of the area is lush and sustains a wide variety of native birds and wildlife. by: ekfaerie Views[673] A massive fig tree overlooks nearby farmland, a common scene through out Kiama.
