Caught KC genuanly laughing in this one. On the right is Anne from America, who we met at the hostel the night before the trek. She was the guide´s favorite on the trip, because she was the only girl in our group, and spoke pretty fluent Espaniol. The guide would talk specifically to her regularly, and help her across river crossings or on slippery slopes. He actually offered here a foot massage at one stage - but only her. She didn´t take him up on it, but thats not the point. We all joked that the guide was keen to add an American notch in his belt. Anne was another fine example that not all Americans are tools.
