On Wednesday morning just before my alarm clock went off, I was awoken by a fire truck´s siren and the school band right in front of my window. It was like they were marching in my bedroom!! Our house is located in front of the high school and on this day they were having an intra-school competition, something like we would call ¨Track & Field Day.¨ The team´s colors were red and yellow. The students were having so much fun parading up and down the street, singing, lighting off firecrackers, and throwing lots of confetti!!
