On Saturday I went to a ¨vacation town¨ outside of Cordoba called Carlos Paz. It reminded me of Stillwater with a Casino. I went with two new friends named Coti and Marta. How I met them is because my friend, Belen from MN, had sent them an email about me staying in Cordoba (Belen had lived in Cordoba for 1.5 years about 5 years ago). Coti and Marta were kind enough to contact me the first couple days here and invite me out last Thursday. That is how I got to know them.
It was actually very cloudy and chilly on Saturday so we didn´t spend anytime outside. We had coffee and a tiramisu in a small restaurant by the lake and then Marta drove us around to look at the big houses that rich people from Cordoba build as vacation homes.
