Walter and I took the local bus (colectivo) to the center of town to check out schools on Monday night. Its called CoinEd and the other one is called Espanex. CoinEd was a house converted to a small school and Espanex is in a tall office building on the 18th floor. There is no way I am going to that one because I have been working in an office all my adult life...why do I want to feel like I´m going to the office during my 6 month adventure--NO WAY. So this one is öut of the question. The other one, CoinEd, is a possibility, but I want to look at one more to make a comparison. This coming Monday, August 18, is a holiday, El Dia de San Martin. He is the fellow who liberated Argentina from Spain. So no one works on this day. On Wednesday, I met with a lady named Nora Rodriguez, who was recommended to me by a co-worker, Dan Naidicz, who used her tour guide business when he was here last year visiting ARG for 3 weeks. She is going to put together an agenda of things for me to do (including the costs) and then she goes with me on these outings. For example, we might go to a ranch and ride horses, or to the second largest water falls in the world called Las Cataratas del Iguazu, or to Buenos Aires for a 3 day trip. All these sound good to me, but its the price I´m worried about. The good thing is I have time and can decide later when and with who I can do these things with.
