While writing this, am having a hot steaming cup of tea and smoking in my room. I tried writing this before but was unable to come up with words. But this morning something happened and words kept fluttering effortlessly from my laptop keyboard.
I have been working in a software firm, in India, for the past three years now. I would be lying if I say I love my job, but with job comes independence and if you don’t like your job, then a huge question mark that what it is that you want to do with your life. So dabbling in the job, I found myself succumbing to the cruel demands of a safe and secure life.
Like everyone else, I also looked for answers and found solace in travel. There are means by which you can forget yourself for some time and cherish the very present moment. But I bet travel is the healthiest one. So here I am on this blog, following my passion for writing and travelling.
So what do I write about?
This becomes a little important because we have got a plethora of writers writing about all the things in the world. I do not write about those fascinating and must see places. I basically write about what TRAVEL does to me. I write about those minute observations, little changes that I undergo and lots and lots of wonderful moments that I collect while travelling. Since I come from India, I also jot down the challenges faced by me while travelling alone. You can say, those ground realities. After all, world is far different from a world that we know from our news channels and news papers. They are doing their job, but believe me, it is our individual job to see and witness things on our own.
My dream is to travel the whole world and desire is to write a beautiful story. I once believed that love is the greatest power to alter our lives and define ourselves. But over the last few years I have become more fascinated by the immense power of human spirit to endeavor and excel in whatever path they choose. TRAVELLING is the path that I have chosen to find myself. Welcome to the journey !!!
