Hola All,
6hr local bus trip back from Potosi and we are back in Uyuni. Not much of a town just on the edge of the Salar de Uyuni (highest and largest salt flats in the world). We wandered to our chosen a hostel, Tonito , which was supposed to be good value. After much confusion and disbelief we finally understood the front desk was asking for 280 bolivianos for the night. Most places in bolivia charged no more than 150 so it was extortion! We notice a kumuka sticker on the front door and sure enough the group was there. Had pizza with them for tea.
Next day heading out on 3 day trip from Uyuni, Bolivia to San Pedro de Atacama, Chile.
