The story behind this recipeThe Perepechy is the national Udmurt dish. Udmurt respublic is the piece of big Russian Federation. It is my native land.
I was 8 years old when I firstly tried to cook them. Of course, I failed. But it wasn't my only attempt to cook them. My Granny taught me 5 years ago. Now I can cook them pretty well and I'll teach my children in the future. You can cook them with different toppings. It can be mushrooms, meat or even millet porridge.
