The port city of Fremantle has a proud history. Not only was it the first colony in Australia to be established without convict settlers it was also the early gateway to the vast expanses and riches of Western Australia. The windows of the town hall convey a little of this history with key dates in the stain glass windows backed by the reflection of the afternoon clouds.
