Today we were off to the Football. Our guide Smithy had offered to take us to see Cusco V CNI as he was going anyway.
The game was really good as it is getting close to the end of the season and both teams are languishing towards the bottom of the league and are in danger of religation. Cusco put on a right show fro us and ended up winning 4-0. The game was boosted by a number of food sellers that walk arround the ground selling all kinds of things for 1 sol (25p). we had ice lollys, coke, beef hert skewers (supprisingly nice), potato, pork crackling, corn all kinds of stuff.
After the game we wandered back to town and got the obligitory beers. That evening we all went our fro a roast dinner and then to a few bars/clubs to celibrate oyr Inca Trail achievements. Much fun was had by all and surfice to say most were feeling hungover during the long drive day to Puno the following day.
