At 4500 meters above the sea level life forms have faded and the cold becomes threatening. As we ascended into the cloud, the purest water keeps flowing from a height that will not reveal itself. Not so many years ago, this whole area was a red zone: the guerrilla crossed the iced peaks and settled in the region, some even in the same farm in which we stayed.
