on monday i spend most the afternoon doing an epic amount of dishes because it had been super windy up to this day, and so he didnt light the water heater pilot light (which is outside). we didnt travel anywhere this day, but did some more walking around his and his neighbors’ property. then i hung out and read for a bit while he did some work. he writes for a couple different magazines and had a deadline the next day. he also needed to work on his website, which isnt yet live, but i’ll share it once it is. he has written some books, and has a large photography portfolio. i finally got to go for a jog later on in the day and took my first shower (most of you know showers are not a real big priority in my life, and i hadnt been super active to this point so wasnt too smelly til now). then we had our first meal (asado on the parilla) outside that night. he has an awesome patio/grill/table set up, all built into the landscape with slate stone that is widely available around here.
