Hello its me again. I promise I wont keep blogging this regualrly otherwise you will all get fed up of me!
Today I have done TEMPLES! Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun and more. Like the good Holmes girl that I am I have walked all day - 8 hours to be precise. Stopping only for lunch and snacks. The temples were amazing but way too much to describe in a blog. I dont have a way to upload photos so you will have to wait till I get home (although I did a complete 'dad' and took way too many, pans included!)
Back at the hotel now - very weary. Should be meeting up with the boys for dinner and then a night market this evening. I think today is a Buddhist festival as there were lots of Thai people in the Temples. If its the one that someone told me then there will be candlelit processions at the wats tonight so i might go and see one of them.
Sore feet but very very happy. Going to have to tear myself away from Bangkok I think and just trust what I have heard from so many backpackers that Cambodia is better.
Yes mum, Henry did get his tattoo and yes it is very tasteful. Just like the one on his printout Becky. He said it didnt really hurt at all and its definately not swollen, sore or infected so thats good. He may also have got one on his thigh but im not sure im meant to tell you that :S
Tomorrow I am going to Siam Square and to ride the skytrain. Then the day after that its off to Siem Reap.
